The Presidential Task force (PTF) on COVID19 has Indicated that a decline Reproduction number COVID19 has been achieved in Nigeria and had earlier on September approved the reopening of schools.
In line with Federal and state government directive on the protective measures to safeguard learners, teachers and administrators of institutions, the management of kwara state polytechnic, Ilorin, has list out four protective protocols which must be observed before students can be allowed in and out of the campus.
The Guidelines to curtail the spread of coronaviris pandemic when the school reopens for academic activities are:
- Wearing Of Face mask
- Washing of hand with soap and water
- Use of Hand sanitizer
- Social Distancing
Resumption of academic activities would be announced soon after the state government inspection and verification of the institution level of compliance to conditions for safe reopening of schools.
